Student Guide To Working Out
Written By : StudentsAlike.Com – Guide
If you’re a big gym person then the chances of you needing this guide will be quite low as you will already have joined a gym and have started on a program in order to stay fit. But this is not the guide into building your muscles and becoming a body builder, but this is how to stay fit and maintain it whilst at University.
Assuming most people reading this are just average people wanting to keep fit and toned, and not the opposite. For this reason all the advice I am going to give is for the average person exercising about 3-4 times a week and most likely to be going for jogs or swimming.
It can be hard trying to find the time to get exercise, go to uni, go out and relax. But exercise doesn’t have to take up that much time. If you can’t afford to go to a gym or don’t have the time then its easy just to do a half hour run. Most city’s and towns have swimming baths where you can easily go for a swim once a week for a few pounds.
Do your exercise 3-4 times a week and you shouldn’t have to worry too much about what you eat. I found a good time to exercise is before the day has started. Get up 40 minutes earlier than you would usually and go for a run, it will leave you refreshed, energetic and more ready for a hard days work. Plus this will increase your metabolism for the day allowing you to eat more.
On the other hand if you are not much of a morning person or running in the morning and then going to University has you to tired, try going for a run early evening. Not to soon after your evening meal as you need time to digest.
