Have You Drank Out Of Date Alcohol?

What you must do is beware of purchasing out of date alcohol from your local corner shop or even via large shopping outlets (more than likely by mistake). If it so happens that you purchase out of date alcohol without any notification, the store should refund you your money, however it’s not against the law to sell out of date alcohol. That date is a ‘good till’ or ‘best by’ date and doesn’t mean its rotten or spoiled.

If you were to go to your regular grocery store and wanted your money back for the out of date alcohol then they would more than likely refund you, however if you were to go to a discount store, they would more than likely not.

Drinking out of date alcohol may not make you severely ill, but it could lead to an upset stomach or vomiting – more often than not the usual symptoms of drinking alcohol.
