5 Tips for a Flat Stomach
Drink water instead of soda pop and alcoholic beverage. Stay away from on junk food such as potato chips and fried fish.
Eat lean protein and stay away from saturated fat: Beans and nuts, fruits and dark vegetables, whole grain breads and grains.
Eat small meals and eat more often: 6-8 times a day. This way you raise your metabolic rate and burn more fat. This is important for you to burn fat and get flat stomach!
Don’t eat 2 hours before sleep. Your body slows down when you sleep so you can’t digest food properly. The food will stay as fat right in your body!
